On March 5, the naming ceremony for the first Version 3.0 Crown 63 bulk carrier built by SUMEC MARINE's subsidiary NEW DAYANG for Huaxia Financial Leasing Co., Ltd. was grandly held at the NEW DAYANG foreign affairs wharf. SHEN Zongqing, President of Huaxia Financial Leasing; XUE Maogen, Senior Advisor of Lloyd's Register Greater China; HE Jun, Member of the Party Committee and Deputy General Manager of SUMEC Group, and Secretary of the Party Committee & Chairman of SUMEC MARINE; along with business personnel and guests from all project parties attended the naming ceremony.

Over the years, SUMEC MARINE has continuously strengthened its vessel brand development, gradually building a serialized bulk carrier product matrix covering 40,000 to 80,000 deadweight tons, and consistently consolidating the competitiveness of the Crown brand in the global mid-sized bulk carrier market. The Version 3.0 Crown 63 bulk carrier delivered this time is the company's flagship product, meeting EEDI Phase 3 requirements and Tier III emission standards. The vessel will be operated by SUMEC Shipping, marking the deepening practice of the company's "shipbuilding + shipping" dual-wheel drive model.
