On November 20, NEW DAYANG, a subsidiary of SUMEC MARINE, held a flag-raising ceremony themed "Seven Years of Accompaniment, Gathering Strength to Sail Far" to celebrate its 7th anniversary. HE JUN, Assistant General Manager of the company and Party Secretary and Chairman of SUMEC MARINE, Xu Bin, Deputy Party Secretary and General Manager of SUMEC MARINE, members of NEW DAYANG's leadership team, and representatives from various departments attended the ceremony.

During the ceremony, representatives from different departments of NEW DAYANG formed eight neatly arranged squads. As the stirring national anthem played, all attendees paid respectful attention to the rising Five-Starred Red Flag. Every year on the company's anniversary, employees gather here to reflect on their original aspirations, look forward to the future, enhance corporate cohesion and solidarity, and inspire a sense of responsibility and mission.

After the flag-raising, HE JUN delivered a speech. He stated that over the past seven years since its establishment, NEW DAYANG has broken through adversities and grown through hard work, achieving record-high levels in production efficiency, the number of vessels delivered, and revenue and profits. He outlined the development blueprint for the "15th Five-Year Plan" period and put forward three expectations for all cadres and employees: first, to integrate culture to build cohesion and uphold a holistic perspective for collaborative efforts; second, to strengthen skills and take on responsibilities, creating achievements based on their respective positions; third, to diligently learn and grow together, resonating with the company's development.
